Individual Career Coaching

Individual career coaching supports people navigating moments of transition, stretch or redefinition in their working lives. This may include career progression, career change, returning to work, or questioning what comes next, particularly for executives at pivotal stages of their careers.
The work focuses on helping individuals make sense of uncertainty — clarifying what matters, recognising strengths and patterns, and building confidence that isn’t performative. Rather than rushing to answers, the coaching stays with the questions long enough for clarity and direction to emerge.
This is coaching that combines care with challenge, supporting people to move forward thoughtfully and intentionally, even when the next step feels unclear.

Corporate Outplacement Support
How organisations support people at the point of exit matters. Career transition is often disorienting and emotional, and the quality of support offered has a lasting impact on individuals’ confidence, wellbeing and future direction.
My approach to outplacement is deliberately tailored. Rather than a standardised programme, I shape the support around the individual — their role, context and what they are navigating. I take time to get to know each person properly, building a relationship that allows the work to be both practical and deeply supportive.
By walking alongside people through change, I offer space to make sense of uncertainty, regain confidence and move forward with clarity and dignity — reflecting care, integrity and responsibility at a critical organisational moment.

A Practical Career Coaching Resource
Be the Standout Candidate is a practical resource I designed and created to support people through the process of articulating their experience, strengths and value clearly and confidently.
The resource helps individuals:
Make sense of their career story and career goals
Communicate their experience without over- or under-selling themselves
Strengthen CVs, applications and LinkedIn profiles so they reflect who they are and what they offer
Approach applications, conversations and interviews with greater confidence and clarity
It is used alongside the coaching sessions, offering structured and practical support.

FAQs
What is a typical career coaching package with you?
Career coaching packages are tailored to your needs and the questions you’re working with.
After an initial conversation, we decide together what shape of coaching will be most helpful. For many people, this is a short, focused package of three or six sessions, providing space to think clearly, build confidence and make intentional decisions about what comes next.
The work may include:
- clarifying direction and career priorities
- strengthening confidence and presence
- making sense of patterns that may be holding you back
- articulating your experience and value more clearly
For some people, a more targeted piece of support is helpful — particularly when navigating a specific decision or transition. In these cases, a short, focused coaching package can support thinking around questions such as:
- What’s the next best move in my career?
- How do I communicate my experience and strengths clearly?
- How do I approach interviews or career conversations with confidence?
- How do I articulate my offer when starting something new?
Any practical tools or resources used are agreed as part of the coaching, based on what will best support you.
The emphasis throughout is on thoughtful, personalised support — rather than a fixed programme — so the coaching fits you and your context.
Can a career coach help me?
Career coaching can be helpful at many different points — particularly when things feel uncertain, stuck or in transition.
It’s often valuable when you’re questioning what comes next, navigating change or wanting to make more intentional choices about your working life. Career coaching offers space to think clearly, make sense of your experience and move forward with greater confidence and direction.
It’s not about being told what to do or fixing something that’s broken. It’s about having thoughtful support as you work through decisions that matter.
Is career coaching only for people who want to change jobs?
No. Career coaching isn’t only for people who want to change roles or organisations.
It can be just as helpful when you want to stay where you are, but need space to think about direction, motivation, confidence or how you’re showing up in your work.
Many people work with a career coach to reconnect with what matters to them, make sense of a phase that feels flat or demanding, or navigate change within an existing role.
At its core, career coaching is about making more intentional choices about your working life — whether that leads to change, recommitment, or something in
