My work as an Executive Coach is to help senior leaders and their teams to do their best work yet.
People are messy, organisations are even messier,
and yet there is opportunity in both for the extraordinary to happen.
In today’s world we need this more than ever - delivering and exceeding our numbers, by being more innovative and collaborative. We can also do more good, and care more. Numbers and care can go hand in hand, how we do this fascinates me.
My role as a coach is as a space maker;
making space for people and organisations to create brave new thinking and behaviours. Space for transformation, and for the extraordinary to happen.
I have been an Executive and Team Coach for nearly 10 years
- working with blue chip organisations as diverse as Coty, eBay and Santander, through to the creative industry and the public
and not for profit sectors to name a few.
Corporate coaching clients include CEO’s, VP’s and Directors and other talented individuals.
I lecture at Cambridge University on entrepreneurship and personality.
All my work is underpinned by my deep passion for the Enneagram – a personality growth system that helps leaders and teams to grow.
The first 17 years of my career I spent working for large, complex organisations
– Mars Confectionery, Nokia, News UK and as a consultant for L’Oréal.
I understand the challenges leaders and teams face. I get it.
