I work with senior leaders for between 6 and 12 months at a time to develop their leadership skills and potential, supporting them to perform at the highest level and identify and remove the blind spots which may be hindering their performance.

I also work with individuals on specific development briefs. These can range from developing confidence, increasing emotional intelligence, returning to work after absence to developing management skills and many more areas. I coach for an agreed number of sessions to help achieve desired goals.
