Who am I?

I have trained extensively as a coach, learning my craft from some of the most successful coaches in the world. I am continually learning completing at least 10 days of training a year challenging myself in order to better help my clients.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Transformative Coach, New York
  • Master NLP Practitioner
  • Certified Enneagram Practitioner Part 1, The Enneagram Institute
  • Certified Train the Trainer in "What Type of Leader Are You?", "Bringing Out Your Best Self at work with Enneagram", with The Enneagram in Business
  • Coaching Leadership, with Ben Renshaw
  • Additional coaching training with Dr. Robert Holden, Steve Crabb (Protege programme), Mandy Evans and Russ Hudson.

I am trained in the Enneagram a personality profiling system that I use with individuals and with teams. It never ceases to amaze me the power and insight this system brings to individuals and how it helps people to work more effectively together. I am co-author of “What is my Type?”, a little book of practical insights and strategies from the Enneagram to enable people to reach their full potential at work.

What others are saying:

“The Enneagram is the most powerful aid I know for releasing inner blocks to success... Marie and Jenny have created a user-friendly primer that is inventive and insightful.”
Dr Robert Holden, author of Authentic Success and Shift Happens

"I love using the Enneagram as a coaching tool. Marie and Jenny’s book is the simplest, strongest and most user-friendly guide yet to this intriguing system for identifying habituation and default patterns. Most highly recommended!”
Steve Chandler, author of Time Warrior

Who I work with:

I work across a number of different sectors, including:

  • FMCG & Telecommunications: L’Oreal, Nokia, Red Bull
  • Creative & Media: News UK, Wileys Publishing, Mindshare, TMW, The AAR, Engine Group, M&C Saatchi, Proximity
  • Education: Cambridge University
  • Government & Local Councils: Healthwatch, Hounslow, Brent and Elmbridge Borough Councils

Prior to coaching, I worked as a marketer for Mars Confectionery, News International and Nokia, where I was the Global Creative Director. All the businesses had very different cultures and structures. I worked in both local and global roles. I have first-hand experience of the varied challenges, opportunities and personalities that people in business face.

I spend a day a week volunteering. I volunteer for Smartworks every month, where I coach long-term unemployed women to excel at job interviews (we have a 62% success rate of getting these women back into work). And I mentor for Friendship Works, inadvertently becoming an expert in Ariana Grande and fashion for 13-year-olds.
