Working Effectively With Millennials

I have written, spoken and coached widely on the subject of Millennials. Millennials unfortunately get bad press in the workplace and I passionately believe that we need to understand them better and do more to support them. Much of their provocation and challenge about work is healthy. In 10 years’ time, 75% of the global workforce will be Millennials. It is helpful for organisations to consider how they can unlock the talents (of which there are many) of their Millennials to help future-proof their business. At the same time, we can help them to understand the context of work and navigate it better.

Sessions I run include bringing together both Millennials and Non-Millennials in workshops to develop  understanding of each groups needs and preferences, and helping boards and senior leaders think about the needs of their Millennial workforce.

My second book is “The Millennial World – How Millennials Can Wow At Work”. It is a book of two sides – the Millennial side and the Non-Millennial side – and it looks at how each group can better understand the other and flex their style to enable success at work for all.
